BT Studio
The Burton Taylor, or BT, is a small 50 seat studio theatre to the Oxford Playhouse. It puts on around 10 student shows a term, from weeks 2 to 7. It is also the venue of the annual Cuppers Drama Festival. Most techies find the BT as a good starting point for their first lighting design or PM job, however the space can also be used very creatively by the more advanced techie to create some very complex and rewarding shows.
There is yet to be a full guide written for the BT (offers?!), however David Billen has written this guide to using the lighting board for first-timers in there.
